Takeshi Shimaoka
CEO and Representative Director
Takeshi Shimaoka joined IBM Japan in 1995. He worked as a system engineer, project manager, sales representative, consultant, and at IBM China. He was later promoted to Executive Director and became the General Manager of the Western Japan Business Unit and the Kansai Branch.
He became the General Manager of the Western Japan Business Unit at AWS Japan in 2021 and joined LINE WORKS in June 2024.
With extensive experience supporting business strategies and addressing challenges for clients ranging from large corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises across various industries, he specializes in IT utilization and business process improvement.
