1. Scope of Application
The scope of the Privacy Policy is applicable to Stakeholders providing personal information and the Company, in the case when the Company collects personal information via LINE WORKS-related websites or other services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). If processing User information is stipulated individually in the Privacy Policy or the Terms and Conditions of each service (hereinafter referred to as the “Individual Terms and Conditions”), the Individual Terms and Conditions shall also be applied accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency occurring between this Privacy Policy and the Individual Terms and Conditions, the Individual Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

When Submitting Application/Information for Participation or Holding Events & Seminars Hosted by the Company or Other Companies
If the Stakeholder applies for or hosts events or seminars hosted by the Company or other companies, information including your name, company name, department name, position, phone number, or email address may be collected. Events and seminars may be held not only offline but also online.
Personal Information of the Company’s Personnel and Job Applicants
The Company’s personnel or job applicants’ information including the name, age, address, company name, department name, position, phone number, email address, work experience, etc. may be collected through hiring agents or other related business operators.
Media Alliance
In the case of a media alliance to display advertorials, information such as the name, company name, department name, position, phone number, email address, etc., of the individual who requested media data from the media operator or applicant of a seminar or event may be collected.

Cookies
Cookies are applied to enhance usability for the User by saving settings or other factors to strengthen security including session maintenance and protection, measure the impact of advertisements, or provide more interesting information to the User. We analyze the number of visits and usage patterns of the User as well as the number of Stakeholders through cookies to provide more qualified services to our customers. In some cases, the Company uses Google Analytics for Services. The User may turn off cookies, but this may result in the restriction of certain login required services.
Access Log
When the User accesses the Services, information including the User’s IP address, browser type, browser language, and timestamp will be automatically generated and stored.
Location Information
The location information transmitted by mobile devices are applied in some Services. However, the location information will not be transmitted when the User did not permit the transmission of location information on the mobile device settings.
Devices and Other Information
The Company may collect the device information of Users (OS, unique identification number of mobile device, computer name, advertisement ID, language settings, and log information available on other software, etc.). Some cases may concern the Company connecting the collected advertisement ID with the internal identifier for the User.

4. Provision of Stakeholders’ Information to Third Parties
Excluding the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to any third party unless otherwise agreed to in advance by the Stakeholder or a party with due rights to represent the Stakeholder.
① If the User utilizes services associated with a third party, minimal personal information will be provided to the affiliated party for User identification
② If personal information is required to protect the person’s life, body, or property, but difficulties arise in obtaining the consent of the party involved
③ If collaboration is required for a state-run institution, local public entities, or the consignor to execute tasks stipulated by law, and if obtaining the consent of the party involved may interfere with the implementation of office duties
④ If the Company’s business, including personal information, is transferred to a third party due to a merger, the division of the Company, transfer of business, or other reasons
⑤ If the act is permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other regulationsWhen the User uses a service affiliated with a third party, the information collected by the affiliated party is managed based on the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the affiliated party. By canceling or deleting the Affiliated Service, the User can cease the collection and use of information by the affiliated party.
In addition, foreign corporations may be included as third parties to whom information is provided. 5. Consignment of Stakeholders’ Information
To the extent required for the purpose of use, the Company may entrust some or all of the collected information of the Stakeholder to its consignor. Upon consignment, the Company shall thoroughly review the qualifications of the corresponding consignor, and it shall simultaneously establish an eligible information management system by stipulating confidentiality obligations when signing the contract.
In addition, entrusting the processing of personal information to foreign consignors occurs after taking appropriate protective measures (e.g. contractual measures) to ensure that personal information is protected based on the PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT of Japan and corresponding countries. Stakeholders information for joint use is identical to articles stipulated in the “Scope and Method of Collection of Stakeholders’ Information.”

If required by a business partner, the Company may share the User’s personal information with the corresponding business partner as well as its affiliates mentioned above for joint duties. In such cases, the Company shall disclose the purpose of use, business partner’s name, type of information, and the Administrator’s name to the User in advance before jointly using the User’s personal information.
7. Security Measures for Stakeholder Information
The Company implements reasonable physical or technical security measures regarding the Services, or the information collected by the Company. However, even if reasonable security measures are implemented for Shareholder information by the Company, please keep in mind that perfect security may not always be the case on websites, transmission on the Internet, computer systems, and wireless connections.
8. Consent to International Transmission of Data
The Company will not transfer the information of the Stakeholders collected, transferred, stored, or processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy to any third party outside the country of residence of the Stakeholders without separate consent. If the Company transfers data with the consent of the Stakeholders, the Company will disclose detailed information in the Privacy policy.
9. Rights Related to Stakeholders’ Personal Information
The Stakeholder may request that the Company to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend utilization of, or discontinue provision of personal information to third parties. Please contact us through “Inquiries” if such requests are necessary. The Company will respond promptly in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act upon request. However, the following cases may result in the restriction of the disclosure of personal information, and extra disclosure fees stipulated by the Company may be charged upon the filing of a claim. Additionally, the Company may decline making measures if fraudulent claims are repeated, for requests requiring excessive technical skills or that infringe upon the privacy of another party, when fulfillment is almost impossible, or if the request is not applicable to obligations under local laws and regulations.

The Company uses the collected and analyzed information on the current status of Services accessed by the User (such as the frequency of website visit and history of accessed web pages) solely for the purpose of improving the quality of Services and Company-operated websites. Personally identifiable information, such as the User’s name, is not collected by Google Analytics. Cookies are used by Google Analytics to collect information on the current status of Services accessed by the User. Only Google LLC may access cookies issued by Google Analytics. The information collected by Google is managed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Google Analytics and the privacy policy of Google Analytics. To deactivate the cookies of Google Analytics, additional functions of Google Analytics must be installed to block the browser accessed by the User.
